Looked at contextually, your dreams and your anxieties are made of the same stuff—conversational snippets from or to your audiences that are not said out loud usually.

You need both but in a good mix: Too much anxiety talk is detrimental; Too much dream talk is dangerous.

But the good news?  This also means you can turn your worries into dreams because they are made from the same stuff!
